1. General Information

This document establishes the terms and conditions of use for the website sexyline.ro (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the services offered through it. The Website is operated by Telemedia Romania SRL (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), based in Romania.

By accessing and using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sexyline.ro is a telemedia platform offering premium erotic phone line services. The service allows registered users to purchase minute packages and initiate phone calls with available operators through the Asterisk VoIP system.

The service can be accessed in two ways:

  • By calling 0906.120.205 directly, at a rate of 1.9 EUR+VAT/minute;
  • By creating an account on sexyline.ro, purchasing a minute package and using the "Call me now" button on the chosen operator's page. The operator will call you back on the phone number you registered with.

3. Terms of Use

To use the services offered through the Website, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old. Access to the services by persons under this age is strictly prohibited.
  • Account required: To purchase minute packages and initiate calls through the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address, an active phone number and a password.
  • Phone verification: Your phone number must be verified via SMS code before you can initiate calls or send free SMS messages. Romanian numbers are verified mandatorily during registration.
  • One account per user: Each user may hold only one account. The phone number and email address must be unique in the system.
  • Accurate data: The user is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information.

4. Packages and Payments

Minute packages are displayed on the pricing page and can be purchased exclusively through PayPal (digital wallet or bank card), in EUR (euros). All prices include VAT.

The following payment conditions apply:

  • Minutes are credited instantly to the user's account after payment confirmation.
  • Purchased minutes do not expire and can be used across multiple conversations.
  • A purchase cannot be made during an active call, to prevent crediting errors.
  • Refund policy: Once minutes have been used (partially or fully), no refunds are granted. Refunds for unused minutes are assessed on a case-by-case basis, at the Operator's discretion.
  • Approved refunds are processed through PayPal, and the corresponding minutes are deducted from the user's account.

5. User Rights and Obligations

The user has the right to:

  • Use the services in accordance with these terms and conditions;
  • Access and modify personal data in their own account;
  • Contact the support team for any service-related issues;
  • Request deletion of their account and personal data.

The user agrees to:

  • Not use the service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public morals;
  • Not harass, threaten or insult operators or other users;
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the Operator's computer systems;
  • Not share authentication credentials with third parties;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of conversations and not record calls without the operator's explicit consent.

6. Operator Rights and Obligations

The Operator has the right to:

  • Suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms and conditions;
  • Block phone numbers that are used abusively (blacklist);
  • Modify prices and minute packages, with corresponding display on the Website;
  • Temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or updates.

The Operator agrees to:

  • Ensure the service operates under optimal conditions;
  • Protect users' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation;
  • Credit minutes correctly and promptly after payment confirmation;
  • Respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Operator cannot be held liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by external factors (network issues, third-party providers, force majeure);
  • The quality of the phone connection, which depends on the user's mobile carrier network;
  • The content of conversations between users and operators;
  • Indirect financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service;
  • Unauthorized account access caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding authentication credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website — including but not limited to: design, text, images, logos, software and source code — are the property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of any element of the Website without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.

9. Free Daily SMS

Users with a verified account can send one free SMS per day to available operators, directly from their profile page. The message is limited to 160 characters. The Operator reserves the right to disable this feature in case of abuse or non-compliant use.

10. Modification of Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page, with the date at the beginning of the document updated accordingly. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the service shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
